Lamp ("Lamp", "we", "us") is operated by AMG Capital LLC, 1326 Erie Blvd W, Rome, NY 13440, USA. This policy explains what information the Lamp app and lampbibleapp.com collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and sign in details when you create an account (including Sign in with Apple).
Profile and preferences: display name, avatar choices, Bible translation, narrator voice, daily goal and reminder time.
Reading activity: chapters and lessons completed, quiz answers, streaks, XP, saved verses and badges.
Social features: people you follow or who follow you, and reactions such as Amens, if you use Friends.
Purchases: subscription status for Lamp Gold. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.
Device and usage data: device type, app version, crash reports and basic analytics to improve the app.
Notifications: a push token if you allow reminders.

How we use information

To run the app, save your progress and sync it across devices.
To send the reminders and updates you choose.
To show your activity to friends, only if you use social features.
To provide support, prevent abuse and improve Lamp.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your reading activity for third party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Lamp (for example hosting, analytics, audio delivery and customer support), under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or by emailing support@lampbibleapp.com. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of the request.

Children

Lamp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@lampbibleapp.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will note the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
